In late 2021 and 2022, Judy Allen and  I realized the Pandemic has caused  increased manifestation of problems resulting from life issues such as, illness, isolation, loss of income, & other major losses, resulting in mental health problems which may be solved in non-clinical ways. This knowledge helped us decide to focus on mental health issues in 2022.

We wanted to highlight the issues in a different way . . . By showing how performing artists’ use a variety of ways to help soothe and heal mental health challenges.
