CHAGRIN FALLS, OH — Prepare for an evening of mystery and outright hilarity as the Chagrin Valley Little theatre proudly presents Clue: On Stage opening Friday, May 30, 2025 and running through Sunday, June 15 as part of CVLT’s 95 ^th Season. The uproarious play by Sandy Rustin, based on Jonathan Lynn’s iconic 1985 screenplay and inspired by the classic board game from Hasbro, draws you into a night of murder, blackmail, and mystery that will leave you guessing until the final reveal.

Performances on CVLT’s main stage at 40 River Street take place Fridays at 7:30 pm, Saturdays at 7:30 pm with a Saturday matinee June 14, at 2:00 pm and Sunday matinees at 2:00 pm on June 8 and 15. Tickets are available online at CVLT.org for $23 with a $4 discount for seniors, students, and military.

Chris Bizub directs this whodunit, inviting you to join six eccentric guests who have been invited to a dinner party at a remote mansion. Murder and mayhem are on the menu as bodies start piling up and everyone becomes both suspect and detective. Enter the world of Miss Scarlet, Professor Plum, Mrs. Peacock, Mr. Green, Col. Mustard, Mrs. White, and Wadsworth the butler as they navigate secret passages, double-crosses, and red herrings while piecing together the clues to uncover the culprit.

With its rapid-fire dialogue, clever plot twists, and side-splitting humor,Sandy Rustin’s adaptation of Clue: On Stage captures the spirit of the original film while adding fresh, comedic touches that will keep you laughing from start to finish.
