Imagine That: Superheroes and Villains

Jump over a building in a single bound, fly to new adventures and enrich your little one’s life with Theatre. This class specializes in storytelling through creative movement using improvisation, dramatic play and music.

Saturdays, 9:30 a.m. – 10:15 a.m.

Ages 3-5

Places, Please

Take your drama to the stage with this introduction to theatre class. Students will explore wacky characters, exciting stories, and learn the basics of performing on stage.

Saturdays, 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Ages 5-8

Star Struck

Is your child full of drama? Don’t worry—we have the perfect place for them. This class will focus on script work, creating characters with motivation, and performing on stage. You will be amazed and dazzled!

Enter Stage Right

To be or not to be is the question and Weathervane Playhouse is the answer! Each student will work on individual and group acting technique through improvisations and scripted work. Students will also learn self-confidence and how to take direction in a theatrical setting.

Ages 11-14

Musical Theatre, Act One

Gotta Sing, Gotta Dance—Gotta Take Musical Theatre. Students will sing, dance, and act their way to Broadway with this fun and interactive class. Children will focus on group singing, creative and choreographed movement and beginning acting technique.

Musical Theatre, Act Two

Looking for a toe-tapping good time? We have just the class for you. Students will cover the objectives in Act One and will be challenged with more complex choreography, solo singing, and acting technique.

Saturdays, 10:30 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.

Ages 8-12

Broadway Tap

Are your toes feeling blue? Come tap your troubles away with this beginning/intermediate face-paced class. Students will learn tap technique so they can really “shuffle off to Buffalo.”

Advanced Musical Theatre

This class is designed for students with previous class and/or stage experience. This class is designed to hone your talents and make you a true triple threat. Students will focus on advanced acting, singing, and dance technique.

Saturdays, 12:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Ages 10-16

Tuition: $200.00

Advanced Acting

This class is designed for students who have had previous class and/or stage experience. Students will be challenged with new monologues and script work aimed at creating complex characters. Refine your talents and be the actor you have always dreamed of.
