SEASONAL YOUTH THEATER CHOREOGRAPHER
Solon Center for the Arts is accepting applications for a Seasonal Youth Theater Choreographer to choreograph a Youth Theater Musical in the fall of 2015.
Qualified Applicants must have completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater, Dance or Education from an accredited institution or be in their last year of obtaining such a degree. Interested applicants must have experience teaching dance and/or choreographing Youth Theater in the past five years. This position involves evening and weekend hours and will run August through November 2015. Hourly rate is based upon previous teaching experience and begins at $22.00 per hour.
Candidates for this position will work closely with the Theater Department Coordinator and must be able to work with students of all ages and skill levels. Applicants must be professional and display leadership qualities in and out of the classroom. In addition, the applicant should possess excellent problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills. Applicants must be able to work in a team environment.

Interested applicants must have experience teaching and/or directing Youth Theater in the past five years. Technical theater experience a plus. This position involves evening and weekend hours and will run August through December 2015. Hourly rate is based upon previous teaching experience and begins at $22.00 per hour.
