We are seeking a cast of experienced actors aged 50 and over (the
roles of Dana and Jimmy may be played by younger actors). All
roles are available to all qualified auditionees. Actors will
receive a $100 stipend.
Makeshift Theater with Silver Lining Players presents the Grand
Reopening of the historic Coach House. The debut will be a full
production in September of the murder mystery comedy "The Night I
Died at the Palace Theatre" by Pat Cook. Sign up to audition and

The Night I Died at the Palace Theatre by Pat Cook is a murder
mystery comedy in which members of a community theater show up for
rehearsal only to find a REAL dead body has taken the place of
their prop dead body!

THEODORE BUTLER ...Swiss janitor with a secret
DANA PUGH ....mousey assistant director
LOIS BIRDWELL ....emotional hypochondriac
KALENE COOPER ....egotistic actress
GORDON DONNELL ...complaining actor
AVA DONNELL ...Gordon's southern belle wife
GLENDA HOWARD ....sarcastic dowager
LUTHER WALLACE ....not-too-bright actor
TIMOTHY PRICE ....pompous actor
FRANCES PRESTON ....tomboy of an actress
JIMMY TODD ....baby-faced but brilliant policeman
SGT. MIKE MALLORY ....by-the-book cop

of any date conflicts and role preferences. If you want to
audition but all slots are filled, show up early and we'll try to
fit you in.
Rehearsal dates Sundays through Thursdays at 6pm starting August
17.
Performance dates September 19-28. Fridays & Saturdays at 7pm,
Sundays at 2pm.
