Not an OCTA member? It's easy to apply. 

NE Ohio community theater from these counties are eligible: Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Summit and Trumbull

What if my theater pays their actors? Yes, your theater is eligible as long as it's a small stipend, not a living wage and no Equity contracts.
