Medina Centre for Dance Art has been the lead dance educator in Medina County for almost 20 years. This local dance school services 300+ students a year through its fantastic staff's hard work. As a Medina historic business district leader, MCDA is active, engaged in, and supportive of the local community. 

We are looking for a high-energy candidate, a friendly people-person that is not afraid of social media and is excited about marketing. Our enrollment coordinator will work with the studio owner to launch new social media marketing campaigns and manage the trial class program and the enrollment and onboarding process.  

Key position :

• fulfill student enrollment goals each month and quarter
• have direct interaction with current and potential students and their families
• support new students and families through the enrollment and onboarding process
• receive training in the studio's social media marketing process
• continuously update and improve the studio welcome and onboarding packets
• be creative and willing to develop marketing materials
• manage social media posts, ads, and content schedule

· engage in daily administrative and customer service tasks  (i.e., filing, answering phones, etc.)

• support the studio owner and other administrative staff in large projects and tasks

Potential candidates will:

               Have a strong understanding of dance or arts-related education programing

               Possess strong written and verbal communication skills

               Be able to work independently and with limited supervision

               Be available evenings and Saturday mornings

               Have reliable transportation

               Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

               Candidate should have a firm understanding of Google Docs, Forms, and Sheets

The position will require 15-20 hours a week. (One Saturday a month, other hours negotiable.)  Some on-site work is required, and some remote work is available. This position is open to undergraduate and graduate students looking for a paid internship.
