Written by the Tony Award-winning playwright and director, George C. Wolfe, The Colored Museum is comprised of 11 scenes or "exhibits," through which the audience is taken on a journey of oppression and racism in a comedic yet thought provokingly impactful fashion. The play explores and satirizes prominent themes and identities of African-American culture, re-defining our ideas of what it means to be black in contemporary America.

Cuyahoga Community College is dedicated to diversity in casting.
