Title: "Here Comes the Sun...AGAIN"
Synopsis: 1845 ---South Carolina---slave breeding -rice growing plantation..Slave couple has learned they are pregnant. They learn the male slave is about to be sold... He decides he wants to see his child and raise it. He is beaten, He resists. He defeats the overseer, but with his dying breath the Overseer shoots the male slave in the back as he begins his escape. The Female slave finishes off the overseer with her lovers knife.
Needs:
Black male - 20--35 good shapev( there is a fight scene) provides own costume, intimate scene with the female slave
Black female - 18--35 ( there is a fight scene) provides own costume, intimate scene with the male slave
Overseer - Role has been cast.
Rehearsals: Mid April - Zoom reading, Early May - Reading with blocking & Dry run fight scene----05/27 Dress rehearsal at CPT
