Strongsville Community Theatre announces the auditions for An Enemy of the People, by Henrik Ibsen, adapted by Arthur Miller, and directed by Bob Kenderes

Auditions will held on Sunday, August 4 from 1PM-3PM and Monday, August 5 from 6:30 PM to 9PM at the Strongsville Senior Center, 18100 Royalton Rd.

Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script.

Performance dates are October 11,12, 13 18, 19, 20.

All roles are available, ages listed are approximate.

Dr.Tom Stockman, the protagonist (male 30+)

Catherine, his wife ( 30+)

Petra, their daughter (20’s)

Morten and Eljif, their sons (10-14)

Peter Stockman, the mayor and Tom’s older brother, (30+)

Hovstad, the newspaper editor ( male, age open)

Billing, his assistant (male, age open)

Aslaksen, the publisher (male, age open)

Horster, the ship’s captain (male, age open)

Kiil, Catherine’s father, (50+)

Drunk, (male, age open)

Various townspeople (Appear in second act, few lines, male and female)
