All-City Shakespeare Festival: A Midsummer Night’s Dream

The first annual benefit to support the funding of Shakespearean programming for students and teachers across Northeast Ohio.

We are currently looking for young actors to perform scenes from A Midsummer Night’s Dream in a one night only, site specific production at the Cleveland Botanical Gardens

AUDITIONS:

Auditions are Sunday, June 11, 2017 from 6:30PM-10PM at West Side Alliance Church 3800 Bridge Ave, Cleveland, OH 44113 for actors and students aged 14-18 for various roles in A Midsummer Night’s Dream. The Festival performance will be on the evening of July 21 at the Cleveland Botanical Gardens. Young actors will perform scenes from Midsummer alongside professional Teaching Artists.

All Roles Available

• Two contrasting monologues, preferably one Shakespearean

• A list of experience

• A recent photo

• Calendar of conflicts between June 12th and July 21.

• An acapella song (optional)
