Occasionally some email services treat Neohiopal mail as spam and become blacklisted from their service. When that happens those accounts bounce and become disabled.
Recently, many services under the AT & T umbrella, including sbcglobal.net, prodigy.net, amertiech.net and pacbell.net had many email subscribers bounced. We just re-enabled all of those accounts. We also have contacted AT & T to try to get the Neohiopal service unblocked but as yet haven't heard back.
Hopefully this mass disabling of email addresses won't happen again. If it does, we will continue to try to get a resolution so that the flow of information to you is uninterrupted.
