CASTING CALL for upcoming CSU Student Thesis Film: The Bicycle Man.

Logline: After crossing paths with a terminally-ill mad scientist who's supposedly discovered the key to body switching, a suicidal call center agent must choose whether or not to shorten his life.

Currently Casting:
Duncan (LEAD): mid-20s, Male
Depressed call center agent amidst an existential crisis. He doesn't talk to his family except his grandfather. Against "the system".

Dr. Oliver (LEAD): 50s-60s, Male, White
True definition of a mad scientist and dying of lung cancer. Wickedly smart and subtly manipulative.

Duncan and Dr. Oliver are principal roles.
Principal photography in the Spring 2023 semester, date(s) TBD
Dr. Oliver needed for a small shoot in Fall 2022, date(s) TBD

In-Person auditions will occur on September 30, 2022 from 3:00pm - 7:00pm at the Idea Center in Playhouse Square. Enter through the front on Euclid Ave and take the elevator to the 6th floor. The specific room number in which we're meeting and script sides will be provided in a follow-up email. Parking will not be paid for.

Self-Tape auditions will be accepted until October 2nd, 2022. If auditioning with a self-tape, sides will be provided in a follow-up email.
