Get your spelling caps on!  The Gates Mills Players are presenting The 25^th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee.

Winner of the Tony and the Drama Desk Awards for Best Book this musical has charmed audiences across the country with its effortless wit and humor.                                                                                                    

Six awkward spelling champions learn that winning (and losing) isn't everything. While candidly disclosing hilarious and touching stories from their home lives, the tweens spell their way through a series of (potentially made-up) words, hoping never to hear the soul-crushing, pout-inducing, life un-affirming "ding" of the bell that signals a spelling mistake.  A riotous ride, complete with audience participation!

The 25^th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee will play November 4^th thru November 12^th, Fridays & Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. and with a Sunday Matinee, Nov. 6^th, at 2:00 p.m. at the Gates Mills Community House.  Tickets can be ordered and printed online at www.gatesmillsplayers.com or by calling 440-973-6569.  Additional Dinner Theater option is available at Sara’s Restaurant.
