Cleveland Heights native Midori Marsh
to perform with BlueWater Chamber Orchestra
this weekend, May 2 and 3
Soprano Midrori Marsh, who originally hails from Cleveland Heights, will perform with the BlueWater Chamber Orchestra this Saturday and Sunday, May 2 and 3. She is presently playing the role of Carlotta in the North American tour of Phantom of the Opera. The program, “Rustic Reverie,” features her singing Joseph Canteloube’s Songs of the Auvergne. Douglas Moore’s Farm Journal and Haydn’s Symphony No. 99 in E-flat Major round out the program, conducted by artistic director Daniel Meyer.
The first concert is Saturday, May 2 at 7:30 pm is at the
Church of the Covenant, 11205 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland. The concert will be repeated on
Sunday, May 3, at 3:00pm in the Morely Music Hall of Lake Erie College, 391 W.
Washington Street, Painesville.
