Logline: When a family is left to deal with their grandfather's passing, a mystical discovery brings two brothers together.

CHARACTERS:

Malakai: African American male. Age 9-13. Protagonist. The spunky little brother who isn’t afraid to let his imagination run wild.

Maurice: African American male. Age 15-17 (open to adult actors). The big brother. He tries to be all grown up, but he can't always escape his inner child.

Lisa: African American female. Age 40-55. The monster of the two boys, and the daughter of Grandpa. She keeps a strong head on her shoulders, but is dwindling as she deals with the loss of her father.

DETAILS:

Shooting: January 19-21 and January 26-27 (2024).

Location: Cleveland/Akron area.

Production will work around minor’s school schedule. 

RATE: Reel, Gas, Meals.
