OVERVIEW -- KRINGLE'S INVENTIONASIUM®
Kringle's Inventionasium® is a 60 minute, fully immersive, interactive theatrical experience developed in Cleveland by the Mr. Kringle® Company, LLC in association with the Mr. Kringle® Licensing Group.
The Inventionasium® is Mr. Kringle's top secret inventing laboratory. Guests tour different departments, explore each area and engage in hands-on activities to help Kringle, his family, friends and fellow inventors prepare for the holiday season. The experience concludes with a photo opportunity and private visit with Mr. Kringle® as well as a trip through Kringle's Toy Shoppe®.
Kringle's Inventionasium® entertains over 20,000 guests annually during a 30 day run, attracts diverse families from all across the country and boasts one of the "Best Santas in the U.S." according to TIME.com. Visitwww.mrkringle.com.

November 20 (Opening), 3pm - 8pm; 21, 27, 10am - 8pm; 28 (Winterfest), 10am - 9pm; 22, 29, 11am - 7pm
December 1-3, 8-10, 14-17, 3pm - 8pm; 4-6, 11-13, 18-23, 10am - 8pm; 11am 7pm; 24 (Closing), 10am - 3pm
TRAINING
Orientation: Thursday November 5th at 6:30pm
Training Period: November 5th to November 19, 2015
Weeknight Sessions:
6:00 -- 10:00pm. Specific Dates TBA
Weekend Sessions:
Saturday Sessions could be morning or afternoon.
Sunday sessions could be afternoon or evening.
POSITIONS AVAILABLE
All positions are open. Full and Part-Time schedules available.
All positions are expected to create unforgettable experiences for guests by delivering exceptional service.
CONCIERGE:
Engage, excite and educate guests. Share knowledge of all Mr. Kringle offerings as well as complimentary neighboring attractions, events, restaurants, hotels, etc. Anticipate the needs of the guests and be proactive about attending to them accordingly. Check-In, book, alter, cancel and refund reservations. Respond promptly to any/all customer service related inquires via on-site communication, email, telephone or social media. Guide/direct patrons to appropriate areas. Solve problems by exceeding guests' expectations whenever possible. Cash handling, credit card processing. +3 years customer service/hospitality experience preferred.
SALES:
Engage, excite and encourage guests. Inform patrons on all Mr. Kringle photography and toy offerings. Suggest options that provide the best value. Assist guests in selecting packages based on their specific needs. Inform families who have pre-ordered packages what their selection includes. Show, modify, correct, crop and print photos. Remind guests about parking validation. Anticipate the needs of the guests and attend to them accordingly. Solve problems by exceeding guests' expectations whenever possible. Must be comfortable being on your feet for extended periods of time. +2 years customer service or sales experience preferred.
CASHIER:
Engage, thank and expedite guests. Inquire about their experience and listen to their comments. Encourage guests to solicit feedback. Answer questions regarding the experience or photography and toy offerings/pricing. Inform families who have pre-ordered packages what their selection includes. Verify each guest is satisfied with their photo printing upon check-out. Assist guests with last minute purchases. Scan, bag, wrap and issue receipt with every transaction. Cash handling, credit card processing. Remind guests about parking validation. Direct guests to various holiday points of interest inside Tower City Center. Anticipate the needs of the guests and attend to them accordingly. Solve problems by exceeding guests' expectations whenever possible. Must be comfortable being on your feet for extended periods of time. +2 years customer service or sales experience preferred.
LINE QUEUE HOST/HOSTESS
Engage, excite and entertain guests. Share knowledge of all Mr. Kringle offerings as well as complimentary neighboring attractions, events, restaurants, hotels, etc. Direct guests to various holiday points of interest inside Tower City Center. Proactively interact with guests and find ways to make their experience unforgettable. Open, monitor, maintain, manage and close the line. Ensure the expediting of guests in and out of the queue is at maximum efficiency. Anticipate the needs of the guests and attend to them accordingly. Solve problems by exceeding guests' expectations whenever possible. Must be comfortable being on your feet for extended periods of time.
COAT CHECK HOST/HOSTESS:
Greet guests with genuine excitement and enthusiasm. Educate guests on Mr. Kringle's coat check policies and procedures. Check-In, collect, inventory, hang, secure, monitor, retrieve, return and check-out guests' coats, strollers & belongings. Organize and stow items properly and efficiently. Distribute and Collect Lab Coats to and from guests. Ensure the expediting of guests in and out of coat check is at maximum efficiency. Guide/direct patrons to appropriate areas. Anticipate the needs of the guests and attend to them accordingly. Solve problems by exceeding guests' expectations whenever possible. Must be comfortable being on your feet for extended periods of time.
TRAIN OPERATOR
Welcome guests with honest enthusiasm. Collect tickets and direct patrons into queue. Ensure the safety of guests by adhering to and enforcing Mr. Kringle's operating procedures and precautions. Assist families entering/exiting the train. Drive train at a consistent and controlled speed. Encourage guests to have fun. Proactively interact with guests and find ways to make their experience unforgettable. Anticipate the needs of the guests and attend to them accordingly. Solve problems by exceeding guests' expectations whenever possible.
COMPENSATION
All Positions will receive hourly compensation for performances.
PAID: $8.10-12/Hour depending on position.
