BorderLight Theatre Festival - Producer (Flexible, Year-Round Role)

BorderLight Theatre Festival is seeking a highly organized and motivated theatre professional to help produce the annual BorderLight Fringe Festival. The Producer serves as the primary liaison for participating artists, coordinates logistics from pre-planning through festival completion, and represents the festival publicly.

This flexible role ranges from part-time during planning months to full-time during the festival season. Average workload is approximately 20–25 hours per week over the course of the year. Compensation is $23,000–$25,000 annually, paid monthly, depending on experience.
