Announcing the triumphant return of Micro Theater CLE!

Micro Theater CLE is coming to Tremont this November 1st and 2nd, and we’re excited to announce the incredible lineup of unique venues that will host our free pop-up festival for short performances in small spaces! Following the success of our spring event at the historic Brownhoist building, where 500 people attended 90 shows from 16 productions, this fall we’re taking over Tremont, bringing micro performances to bars, coffee shops, private homes, and surprise spaces.

Participating venues include:

Lincoln Park Pub: Enjoy a pint while watching a accordian battle between "the potato countries and tomato countries".

Civilization Coffee Shop: Have some hot apple cider and see improvised opera or a "Jewbilant" coming out story set on the first night of Hanukkah.

Eikona Studios Storefront: Experience boundary-pushing immersive performance in this storefront at 10th and Literary.

Private Homes and Secret Spaces: Pop into the living rooms of Tremont residents or follow us to surprise locations around the neighborhood.

Micro Theater CLE’s venues reflect our commitment to bringing new performance directly into the community, making it accessible and engaging in the places where people live, work, and play. Each performance will be 15 minutes or less, with time in between to grab a drink, explore the neighborhood, and make new friends.
