Forum combines the ancient comedies of Plautus with a vaudevillian delivery. A bawdy slave named Pseudolus schemes to win his own freedom, by winning the heart of the beautiful virgin, Phelia, for his young master, Hero. Chaos ensues with hair-brained schemes, cases of mistaken identity, slamming doors and convoluted plot twists. With one of the most famous title songs in history Forum promises “something for everyone: a comedy tonight!” The show features direction and choreography by Kristin Netzband and musical direction by Heidi Herczeg.
