A modern adaption of Richard Wright's 1940 novel, Native Son, is filming in Cleveland and looking for artists, actors, non-actors, filmmakers, writers, dancers, musicians, humans (ages 18-30) to be featured extras in three of the movie’s most integral scenes. Native Son's director is world renowned conceptual artist, Rashid Johnson, screenwriter is Pulitzer Prize winner Suzan-Lori Parks, and Cinematographer is Oscar nominee Matthew Libatique.
