First musical, "You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown, " to open at ABOB!
Arlene’s Broadway on Buffalo (ABOB), 236 Buffalo Street, Conneaut, OH, will reach another milestone Friday, May 15, when it hosts its first musical, “You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown.” The show, under the direction of Stephen Rhodes, consists of a fast-paced series of vignettes and catchy songs capturing the flavor of the beloved Peanuts gang. Memorable songs include “Happiness,” “Suppertime” and “Book Report.” The six-person cast is accompanied by Nora Giangola on piano and “Doc” Heidrich on drums. Doors open at 7 p.m. and curtain is at 7:30. Tickets are $10 for adults, $8 for students and may be purchased at the door. All seating is first-come, first-served. Parking is on-street. ABOB is located in a converted turn-of-the-century church in Conneaut’s downtown area. It features balcony and floor seating, lots of stained glass and antique charm as well as fully-modern technical capabilities.
