Original Pride & Prejudice musical at Hathaway Brown
Hathaway Brown School Theatre Department presents an original musical version of Jane Austen's *Pride & Prejudice* on November 18 and 19! Adapted by Director Molly Cornwell, the musical is set in America in 1939. Women's rights have progressed. They can vote, inherit the husband's property, work outside the home, have a career. It's lively, hilarious, and touching, punctuated with fabulous songs from the 30's, like "As Time Goes By," "Puttin' ON The Ritz," and "We're In The Money."
