About the Filmmaker Perry Billett combines his producing, directing, editing and motion graphics experience at Cuyahoga Community College’s Student Production Office with a dual undergraduate degree in Political Science and Economics. He has used his diverse skill-set to oversee beginning-to-end production of a local business commercial, internal corporate video projects, and several independent short films.
