A scene from the play, "Blind Luck," a rather dark comedy, will be read before the Stagewrights workshop at the Ensemble Theatre in Cleveland Heights on Wed., Dec. 9th, 7 - 9 p.m. Two actors are needed. So, if this wets your appetite, please email your head shot and resume by Monday to: Joeybauer21@gmail.com. Jackie Ryan, white, 23, who speaks a few of his lines with an Irish accent and is seeking help for a deep emotional wound. He tries to be funny, while purging his grief, and is really an edgy guy by '50's Cleveland standards. Dr. Joan Roth, white, 35, a psychologist, who is counseling Jackie. She is very blunt, but in a caring and humorous way. A New York accent would add a certain je n' sai quoi.
