Great Lakes Theater is *Seeking Youth Actors for "A Christmas Carol"* *Great Lakes Theater (GLT) is seeking youth performers of all races and ethnicities ages twelve to eighteen, for the company’s 31st anniversary production of A Christmas Carol.* *Auditions will be held on Friday, October 1st, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.* Children should be prepared to sing up to 16 bars of their favorite song and may be asked to read from the script. Rehearsals will begin on November 9th; with performance dates scheduled from November 23rd through December 23rd. *Auditions are by appointment only**, *and must be reserved by 5:00pm on Tuesday September 28th. Appointment times will be confirmed via email within one week of reservation, no phone calls please. Youth performers auditioning should bring a headshot and resume. *NOTE: All performers MUST show proof of vaccination in order to enter Playhouse Square for their audition. If a parent is accompanying their child inside they must also show proof of vaccination. *Due to recent changes regarding truancy laws in Ohio, please be certain to check with your school's administration office regarding new attendance policies.
