NORTH COAST MEN'S CHORUS AUDITIONS LOUD & PROUD Concert with Guest Artist NINA WEST Sunday, March 17 and 24 6:00 - 6:45 PM Middleburg Heights Community Church of Christ 7165 Big Creek Parkway Middleburg Heights, OH 44130 Auditions are being held for the North Coast Men's Chorus's upcoming concert, Loud & Proud, that will be presented on June 1 & 2 at the Mimi Ohio Theatre at Playhouse Square. This concert will feature the fabulous Nina West as a guest artist with the Chorus. West, in addition to competing on RuPaul's Drag Race Season 11 where she won Miss Congeniality, portrayed Edna Turnblad in the 2021 National Tour of Hairspray and portrayed Divine in the movie Weird: The Al Yankovic Story starring Daniel Radcliffe. No formal audition piece is required. You will meet with Artistic Director, Rich Cole, and he will assess your vocal range and ask you to match some pitches. Plan on staying for the regular rehearsal until 9:30. Weekly rehearsals are held Sunday evenings at Middleburg Heights Community Church of Christ, 7165 Big Creek Parkway, Middleburg Heights. Rehearsals run from 6:30 - 9:30 PM. We welcome cisgender men, transgender men, and non-binary singers of all sexualities who can sing in the Tenor, Bass, or Baritone range.
