Crooked River Comedy Announces 2016 Summer Lineup! CLEVELAND, OH – The Crooked River Comedy Festival announces their summer series of shows. Laugh Nights at Lake Affect will be taking place Friday, June 24 and Friday, August 19 at Lake Affect studios <http://lakeaffectstudios.com/> in Cleveland’s Campus District. There is an additional show Friday, July 15 at the The Bevy in Birdtown <http://thebevyinbirdtown.com/index.php> in Lakewood. According to Crooked River Comedy Co-Founder James Catullo, “We are continuing to spotlight both improv and stand up comedy, and are excited to offer a fun, unique experience to the Cleveland comedy scene.” These shows will feature some of the most exciting stand up comics and improv teams from around the region performing on the same stage. Crooked River Comedy is also dedicated to hosting improv workshops and classes throughout the summer and beyond. Tickets are $10 for general admission and $5 with a valid student ID presented at the door.
