Seeking Actors for Student Produced Films and Videos! AUDITIONING FOR: a LEAD ROLE in student-produced films and videos, made by Cuyahoga Community College's beginner level film students (an "Intro to Filmmaking" class, taught by Prof. Bruno Tatalovic). Several students who completed this course in previous years – are now proud graduates of Tri-C, and newly established Cleveland film artists, videographers, and crew members on big union films shot in Ohio! :) WHEN: Friday, October 26, anytime between 9:15am and 12:30pm WHERE: Tri-C Campus in Parma, 11000 W Pleasant Valley Rd, (park in "visitor"; walk to central campus area); If lost, ask police officers in hallways to show you G107 room. WHO SHOULD COME: This type of collaboration is perfect for beginner (or intermediate) level actors who need more footage for their first demo-reel. By having a Demo Reel, you will be able to seek industry representation (agent). ABOUT PROJECTS: each of these projects feature 1-2 actors only, and gives you a lot of screen time and dialogue or monologue lines. These are unpaid (collaboration) gigs. Get your first credit, your demo footage, and establish new relationships with like-minded content creators. Also, if you have NO screen acting experience, but you truly BELIEVE that you have what it takes - COME and try out! TIMELINE: These projects are 1 day (half a day) shoots, sometimes in November (based on actors' availability). The students must complete their video editing within 2-3 weeks after their shoot. The videos will be available online when completed and you can ask students for HD download. AUDITION: It's a “walk-in” audition (cold read from our scripts or short personal monologue - if desired).
