Actor Submission for MicroTheatre's Bridal Ballad directed by Michael Glavan
Actor Submission for Bridal Ballad by Jez Shuvani directed by Michael Glavan for MicroTheatre Cleveland A woman on her honeymoon is being haunted by her past fiancé. Based on Edgar Allen Poe's haunting poem of the same name. *Roles*: *Josephine*: (20-40, female-identifying) The bride. Haunted by the loss of her soul mate, but attempting to move forward. The play finds her on the night of her honeymoon torn between the life she wanted so badly and the life that may be already heading off the rails. *Don*: (20s-40s, male-identifying) Josephine's husband who checks all the right boxes on paper but presents flashes of less than idyllic character. *Benny*: (18-30s) Josephine's first, and maybe only true love. Craves to be reunited with Josephine, even if for just a moment, even if it hurts terribly. Josephine's champion even beyond the grave. *If interested in submitting, please send* *a headshot, resume, and outline of conflicts/availability for the next 3 weeks to mike.glavan@gmail.com <mike.glavan@gmail.com>*.
