He or she must be in good physical condition, have strong communication skills, must be enthusiastic and ambitious, available, at least, 4 evenings a week not including mandatory Sunday evening training and practice, must have reliable transportation and have a strong interest in learning all styles of Swing, Salsa and Ballroom dance.
