<!--#yiv1357444601 .yiv1357444601EmailQuote {margin-left:1pt;padding-left:4pt;border-left:#800000 2px solid;}-->Arts4life: The Art of Photography Photography Showcase and Reception Sunday, November 1st, 2-4 p.m. Beachwood Public Library 25501 Shaker Blvd Beachwood Ohio   For the past eight weeks, a group of twenty older adults (age 50 or older), have explored the art of photography with teaching artist Herbert Ascherman, Jr.   Herb has beencreating fine art and professional portraiture for 40 years, specializing in black & white, and is internationally recognized for his work.  He has encouraged the students to focus on the artistry of photography and has instructed them on what goes intocreating stunning photography experiences.   This special photography showcase is both a celebration of the work they have put in over the past eight weeks and a physical representation of the learning that has taken place at the library during thattime.  Each of the participants will display two photographs at our culminating Art Show/Opening Reception event. The showcase and reception is open to all.  Refreshments will be served, courtesy of the Friends of the Beachwood Library.  Please join us. (Note: Photos will remain on display in the Beachwood Branch meeting room during the month of November)
