The LCCC 37th Annual Masterworks Concert presents "The World Beloved, a Bluegrass Mass" Lorain County Community College's Civic Chorale and Collegiate Chorale accompanied by a bluegrass band will present the 37th Annual Masterworks Concert, "The World Beloved, a Bluegrass Mass," at 7:30 p.m., Saturday, October 17 at 7:30 p.m. in the Stocker Arts Center - Hoke Theatre under the direction of Nancy Davis, Director of Choral Music Performance. The mass combines elements of both the classical and bluegrass genres and is filled with excitement and rhythmic energy. The concert will also feature a guest performance by the "Blue Spruce Cats," with Thomas Olson, guitar and Bruce Erwin, winner of many fiddle competitions.
