DIRECTOR OF PROGRAMS Dobama Theatre is looking to hire a dynamic new team member as Director of Programs to help lead efforts in supporting, promoting, organizing, and producing programming across the organization. Dobama is looking for a person who fits with Dobama’s culture, values, mission, and vision. The Director of Programs will help support and manage existing programs like the Dobama Emerging Artists Program, Young Playwrights’ Festival, FOCUS Program, and Playwrights’ GYM. They will also lead development, organization, and management of new programming. Other specifics about the position will be unique to the skills and goals of the successful candidate.
