Join us for our next Seat of the Pants Free Artist Workshop. Every year, our theatre company offers four workshops for adult theatre makers who are interested in learning new techniques and processes. Our upcoming workshop is: *IN-DEPTH SCRIPT ANALYSIS & HARNESSING THE RHYTHMIC WAVE* Discover how text becomes the foundation for dynamic physical and psychological exploration in this interdisciplinary workshop. In this workshop, we share the tools that guide our directing, design collaborations, ensemble building, and individual character work—*welcoming actors, directors, producers, playwrights, educators, theatre enthusiasts, and designers alike.* There's no better way to get prepped for audition season or upcoming projects than to polish up the fundamentals and learn some new tools! For those who prefer to patronize and attend theatre, this workshop will be loaded with interesting context to give you a fresh lens with which to enjoy productions. Taught by *Craig Joseph*, Artistic Director of SotP and director of *The Children* and *Elephant's Graveyard*, and *Chris Bohan*, professor at CWRU, teacher at GLMCC, and director of *The Book Club Play.* There are two sessions to this workshop - one in Cleveland, and one in Stark County - per the generous support of a grant sponsored by ArtsinStark.
