Protective gear will be supplied. ***** ROLE PLAYERS MUST REFERENCE "TPOC" in order to earn a minimum of $50 for just showing up.* Description *Job Details* ***** **LAST MINUTE DROPS** - * - DATES: 18 SEP - 21 SEP (evening - night) Start time 5 PM 8 HOURS - LOCATION: Cleveland, OH - TEAM SIZE: 85x RPs (week 1); 105x RPs (week 2) - DATES: $20/hour ($1,440 for a no-default full contract, even if fewer than 72 hours worked) *****Role Player Criteria-* Role Players will be required to comply with the following criteria:**** - Be able to stay on script for the scenario without ad libbing or changing the scope of the scenario itself. - Be willing to wear clothing to include costuming and headgear appropriate to the significance of the scenario training. - Be able to operate various military weapons systems and fire marking cartridge weapons, paintball type weapons systems, and blank ammunition after being instructed on the safe use of weapons. - Act as Opposing Force (OPFOR) including being engaged with marking cartridge weapons. - Be physically fit with no physical limitations or preexisting medical conditions that would preclude them from working in an austere environment and during the hours of darkness. - Shall be familiar with basic weapons handling including safety - Be able to be restrained/zip-tied for prolonged periods of time. - Be comfortable with having trainees frisk and search them while they are restrained. - Be able to stand and lay prone for extended periods of time with and without restraints. - Be able to participate in scenario training where they should expect to be shot at with non-lethal marking ammunition (Simunitions, UTM, or paintballs) while wearing safety equipment (personal protective equipment). - Be able to wear safety equipment consisting of a full-face helmet, throat guard, and groin guard. Requirements Be 18 years or older. Be a US Citizen and can provide proof. Have a valid driver's license. Role Player with Military/Law Enforcement experience/background preferred.
