East Cleveland Theater is hosting auditions for “The Old Setter”, written by John Henry Redwood. *Director: Coralyce Carten* *Synopsis:* “The Old Settler” revolves around Elizabeth, an older woman, who finds both excitement and trouble when her younger sister and an unrelated young man move in. The play takes place in the 1940s. *Available Roles:* (Ages listed are somewhat flexible.) *Husband Witherspoon**: *Black man, late 20s or 40s

From South Carolina, Husband is in NYC to retrieve his girlfriend and take her back home. He is relatively naïve about life.
