*Job Description: Accompanist* Bethany Covenant Church in Lyndhurst, Ohio, is seeking a part-time piano accompanist with a heart for leading worship. Our small, but friendly and welcoming church would especially benefit from worship led by a follower of Jesus with a commitment to personal spiritual growth and formation. Minorities are encouraged to apply. *DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* - Provides music on piano (and/or organ) at the Sunday morning worship service a minimum of 2 Sundays per month, and at other special services as arranged. - Accompanies and works with the Music Team, which is currently a volunteer acoustic guitar and percussion driven vocal ensemble that leads contemporary, traditional, and gospel songs with the congregation. - Accompanies special music, as arranged. Rehearsals typically take place on Sunday mornings. - Available to attend quarterly Worship Team meetings, as arranged. - Works well with the Pastor, Worship Team Leader, Music Team, and congregation.
