Hi. Trying to find - or be - the perfect housemate. So many details: I am a 47 yo professional straight male, 10 years in education and mental health (my second career), full time at Cleveland State University as an Advisor/Program Coodinator, with a side gig seeing clients in a private therapy practice. After work, I fitness - gym daily, dabble in yoga, pilates, spinning, hiking, bike riding, etc. (when I have the right company). I stay busy. I am a creative writer/actor, with experience and talent writing stories, plays, movies, comedy, and am just starting to toy around with music production. I love movies. I love music. A lot. I am active in my creative hobbies. I love talking to others who love this stuff. I don't cook, but I want to, and I'd like to live with a person who will cook with me and be patient while I learn. I learn quickly. I'm still fairly new to Cleveland, been living in Lakewood, but prefer to be in Ohio City, Tremont. Somewhere with educated professionals who are also creatives - like me. Where creative goals precede the need for kid-having. I like kids, and may eventually raise one, but they are not a priority for me. I like animals - dogs and cats are great. I'm mostly extrovert - love to talk and process and out loud and joke around, and it helps me feel recharged. I also like to be alone, but less often. What I really want is a modern, clean, well-lit, easily-furnished space in Ohio City or Tremont, 2 Bed, 2 Bath with secure parking, and a person to live there with me. I could rent that space myself and find another person like me. Or I could move into another person's space that fits me. I like having a partner in the house - if it's the exact right fit - and I have had this in my life, so I know what it feels like. Eventually, that space will be taken by a girlfriend, but while I'm single, I would like to have an educated, professional, active, creative housemate, in the 30s to 50s age range. Interested?
