The Contemporary Youth Orchestra Chorus is auditioning singers, grades 8-12, to join the Contemporary Youth Orchestra in concert with Tommy Shaw (Styx guitarist and singer). A multi-generational artist, singer-songwriter Tommy Shaw has a wide depth of music in his personal recordings. He spans the gamut with music including hard rock, symphonic rock, bluegrass, country and folk. *Auditions:* Friday 4/8 - 5-8p Sunday 4/10 – 3-6p Saturday 4/16 - 9a-1p Auditions will be held at Cleveland State University (Music and Communications Building), 2001 Euclid Ave., Cleveland. Please prepare one song (any style or genre) and bring sheet music for our pianist. You may sing unaccompanied.
