Hello. We have started a brand new store-front theatre in Akron called "Wild Thread Theatre." We are a small, story-driven, actor-centered theatre in a store-front space facing Lock 4 in Downtown Akron. We are preparing our second event -- a live reading of "The Wolves" by Sarah DeLappe and are having trouble finalizing the cast. This is an immediate need. If you are interested and available please get back to me as soon as humanly possible. We are generally looking for young women roughly between the ages of 18 and 30 -- to play teenagers. This is a non-paid gig. This is what the rehearsal schedule looks like: Performance: Sunday, July 26, 2026, 6:30 p.m. Final Rehearsal: Sunday, July 26, 2026, 2:00 p.m. (A light dinner will be provided) First Rehearsal: Sunday, July 19, 2026. 6 - 8:30 p.m. The remaining *two rehearsals* will be culled from these dates: Monday, July 20, 2026, 6 - 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 21, 2026, 6 - 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 22, 2026, 6 - 8:30 p.m. Thursday, July 23, 2026, 6 - 8:30 p.m. Saturday, July 24, 2026, 2 - 5 p.m. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions.
