AUDITION PREP: * Bring your theatrical resume (if any) * Bring a photo or headshot for the production team’s reference. * Bring up to 32 bars of sheet music in the style of the show and in your desired key. An accompanist will be provided. * Be prepared to dance. Bring tap shoes if you have them/and or any dance skill you may have. OTHER DETAILS: * You must show Proof of COVID Vaccination before auditions. Please wear a mask while inside Chagrin Valley Little Theatre. * Minors: For actors under age under age 16, if cast, we will require a parent to be present during the rehearsal process. * If you are unable to audition in person, we will accept video submissions. Videos must include 2 vocal pieces, introduction of self and why interested in /Newsies/, a self-choreographed dance piece and any tap, tricks or acrobatics you may wish to share.
