It's easy and free to enter- upload your video audition to shiningstarcle.org by July 1, 2018. 4 college scholarships will be awarded: 1st Place: $10,000 plus the opportunity to perform with the Cleveland Pops Orchestra 2nd Place: $5,000 3rd Place: $2,500 4th Place: $1,000 Bonus: $2,500 to the music department of the 1st place winner!
