I’m still doing some furnishing/decorating, but it’s quite livable now, and will look even nicer very soon. Bedroom is unfurnished, but I may be able to help with furniture - we can talk about it if you need it. Bath is shared. Lots of storage in basement. No central AC, but owner may install it soon. Otherwise, window units for summer. Wifi included. No cable, but open to getting it, if wanted. Located near Detroit and 117th, edge of Cleveland/Lakewood. Easy distance to Lakewood Downtown, Lakewood Park, Birdtown, Edgewater, Gordon Square. Easy onto Shoreway, 90, and 71. Plenty of nearby amenities. 24-hour drug store and diner on the block for unexpected late night needs. *The Deal:* $550/month includes all utilities and Wifi, household items. (You cover your own food, toiletries, etc.) Deposit same, 100% refundable upon move-out, if everything stays in reasonable shape. *The Housemates:* Me - 40s, single, straight male professional, still relatively new in Cleveland. School counselor and private therapist for work. Gym, yoga, pilates, bike riding, movies, tv, music, comedy, for fun. Also creative writing – mostly plays lately, but I write all kinds of things. No drugs. No smoking. Rare social drinks only. I work away from home, five or six days a week, pretty predictable schedule, which means you can enjoy some home alone time with reasonable regularity. Generally active, but still making friends in Cleveland. I am a kind, considerate, easygoing, kind, funny, *very* neat and clean, and looking for the same. You - Someone who is clearly a great match for the place and for me. Healthy and happy. I don’t really *need* a housemate – I just think having one would be nice.
