Weathervane Playhouse to present the classic "Bye Bye Birdie" AKRON- Weathervane Playhouse is set to bring you a loving send-up of early 1960s, small-town America, teenagers, and rock 'n' roll, as we present the classic Bye Bye Birdie in our Founders Theater August 2 through the 19.
