THE ZOO STORY opens July 30 for one weekend only!
ONE WEEKEND ONLY! CONVERGENCE-CONTINUUM PRESENTS THE MODERN AMERICAN CLASSIC, THE ZOO STORY BY EDWARD ALBEE. For one weekend only, convergence-continuum presents Tom Kondilas and Clyde Simon performing Edward Albees THE ZOO STORY, directed by Robert Hawkes. This modern American classic is set at a park bench on a Sunday afternoon and, with ironic humor and unrelenting dramatic suspense, relates an extraordinary encounter between Peter, a middle-class publishing executive, and Jerry, a permanent transient. Jerry intrudes on Peters peaceful afternoon by interrogating him and compelling him to listen to stories about his life, and the troubling reason behind his visit to the zoo. THE ZOO STORY runs Thu-Sat, July 31-Aug 1, at 8 pm at the Liminis, 2438 Scranton Rd, Cleveland 44113 in the historic Tremont neighborhood. Tickets are $15 general admission, $12 seniors (65+), $10 students. Reservations at http://www.convergence-continuum.org or 216-687-0074.
