We are seeking an experienced director for Duncan MacMillan's "People, Places and Things" to be performed at Playhouse Square in the Kennedy Theatre June 22 - July 2, 2023. There is a short, 3-week rehearsal period for this show. This is a professional production, so you must have strong experience, particularly in avant garde or "fringe" theatre. The production is part of a mental health theatre festival, with round table discussions with mental health professionals after each performance. The intent/purpose of the festival is to combat the stigma of mental illness by educating the public through the performing arts.
