Please join us! Workshop Players has Magic to do! Director Dave MacKeigan is holding further auditions for ensemble cast for Pippin, (by Stephen Schwartz, with book by Roger O. Hirson) on Thursday, February 6 at 7 p.m. at the theater, located at 44820 Middle Ridge Road, Amherst, OH 44001. Music director is Jayne Kacik. Auditioners should prepare 32 bars of a contemporary musical theater song (1970's and on, preferably not from this show). Accompanist will be provided. NO A CAPELLA! Bring sheet music for the accompanist. Director is seeking actors age 18. Performance dates are March 26,27, 28, 29; April 3, 4, 5. Ensemble: Charlemagne’s Army, Monks, Nobility, Peasants, The Players – dance ability is a plus for this production.
