Aurora Community Theatre Spring Break Workshop 2018 featuring A Midsummer Night’s Dream: Shakespeare in 30 Minutes by Mike Willis A Midsummer Night’s Dream is one of Shakespeare's most endearing and enduring comedies, full of magic, love, and revelry. This condensed version takes place in the woods outside Athens, a hilarious and heartwarming version in 30 minutes. Spring Break Workshop for Youth Open to students in grades 5-12 At the audition, 13 to 20 participants will be selected for roles in the 30-minute adaptation of A Midsummer Night’s Dream Those who accept roles will be charged a $130 registration fee which includes: · One full week of intensive rehearsals under Artistic Director Debbie Cluts · One performance with audience · Cast party · Script to keep AUDITIONS Saturday Mar. 10 from 11am to 1pm* Actors should prepare a one-minute classic or contemporary monologue and, if possible, bring a current headshot and resume. *This is an open call audition, but appointments are requested.
