Sept. 4th and 5th at 7pm Karamu House Theatre Outreach Performance =
Series will be holding auditions for the comedy The Dozens by Laird =
Koenig.  This comedy, set in the fictional African country of Chaka, is =
the story of an African American couple that is stranded there in an =
abandoned Coca Cola bottling plant during a revolution. There they meet =
the newly deposed leader who they must teach about love, honor, and "the =
dozens" (the art of insulting a person in a comical manner). Needed are =
an African American actress 30 - 45yrs. old and an actor of African =
descent 20 - 30 yrs. old.  Actors should be prepared to read from the =
